Ordering Information
1. Full payment, including shipping charges is required before production begins on any order. I accept Master Card, VISA, PayPal and Money Orders. (NO CHECKS)
2. Pageant banner orders should be placed at least one month in advance to provide proper time for manufacturing of products depending on my workload. Production time may vary depending on the workload, complexity and size of your order. Normal production time is about 7 to 15 days but could be as long as six weeks in the busy season. A rush charge of $5 per banner may apply if my workload is real heavy and you require your order in two weeks. A rush charge of $25 per banner will apply if needed in less than a 7 day period. If something is needed in a 24 to 48 hour turn around time then prices double on all charges!
PLEASE try to place your order as early as possible. Work hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 CDT.
3. Joan's Monogramming reserves the right to turn down any orders placed on a "Need Now" status.
4. Shipping charges are determined by the size, weight of the order and shipping method. One banner shipped, with delivery confirmation, by Priority Mail would cost $6.00. One banner shipped by FedEx Saver, insured is $15.00. Contact me for
charges on other orders larger than quantity one.
5. Once an order is placed and full payment is received, any cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is determined by the size of the order, but will be no less than $25. However, you may add additional items to your order without a charge.
6. Please be VERY specific on spelling, titles, colors, length and type of lettering (font). The length listed on the website is the unfinished length. Finished length may vary by three to four inches. I do not guarantee placement of lettering on double hooped items.
